About Me
I became a Pilates Instructor in 2017 after falling in love with it. I have always loved fitness and tried many different types, but I love how Pilates is something that anyone, regardless of age or fitness level, can do. I’ve had clients ranging from 14 years old to those in their early 80s.
In addition to teaching Pilates, I am also a Dental Hygienist, and this dual career has significantly contributed to my longevity and success in both fields. Through Pilates, I have developed a strong core, which helps prevent back pain in my career, while better posture has alleviated my neck pain.
I have completed a 500-hour intensive Pilates training, where I was classically trained on all apparatuses along with comprehensive anatomy training. You can catch my classes during the evenings when I’m not busy keeping up with my kids and on the weekends.

About Me
I have had a long career of helping others, spanning 20 years as a registered nurse, health coach, oncology case manager, Pilates instructor, and mom. My passion for wellness and fitness led me to Pilates specifically, as it allows me to cater my recommendations to a wide range of clients. In a single class, you can host beginners, intermediates, and advanced students due to the various modifications and spring loads available. I want everyone to feel welcome.
Having restarted my own fitness journey multiple times, I understand the importance of resilience. After giving birth to twins, my body had to recover and adapt. Additionally, I found strength in starting anew after leaving a challenging relationship. Everyone goes through their own transformations, and Pilates is here to support all ages and body shapes.
I have explored nearly every workout format and always make it a point to try new gyms wherever I travel. This dedication continually enhances my teaching and improves the member experience. I enjoy using all the accessories that Pilates has to offer, and you can assume that we will touch upon them in my classes!
I am fully trained in all apparatuses, including chair, Cadillac, springboard, Bosu, barre, TRX, HIIT, Barrel, along with Mat, Reformer, and Tower!
I believe Pilates is more than just exercise; it’s a way to move better, feel strong, prevent injury, and improve quality of life. I am passionate about creating a welcoming community where every client feels encouraged and supported in reaching their goals.
When I’m not in the studio, I cherish time with my kids and family, and I love being outdoors. I can’t wait to welcome you to our studio!

About Me
With more than 25 years in the fitness industry, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the power of movement to transform both the body and mind. As a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, I specialize in Konnector Training and also hold certifications in CoreAlign, Human Reformer, and Barre Above. These diverse training methods allow me to create thoughtful, engaging sessions that meet each client where they are while helping them progress with confidence and purpose. I am certified in: mat, reformer, springboard, spine corrector, chair, barrel and the Cadillac reformer.
My teaching style combines precision, flow, and functional strength to help clients build resilience, improve mobility, and develop a stronger connection with their bodies. Whether you’re stepping into a Pilates studio for the first time or looking to elevate your athletic performance, I’m committed to helping you move better and feel your best.
In addition to my work in fitness, I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, which influences the way I teach, coach, and connect with every member. I believe movement is both a science and an experience, and I’m passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, appropriately challenged, and empowered to grow.
At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief: intentional movement has the power to transform not only how you move—but how you live. I look forward to being part of your journey and helping you discover what your body is truly capable of.

About Me
Hi, I’m Kayla-Marie! I’m a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies through intentional movement.
I believe Pilates is for every body, and my classes are welcoming, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more capable, and empowered every time you step into the studio.
Outside the studio, I’m a special education teacher and a proud mom to my son, Henry. Those roles have taught me the value of patience, encouragement, and creating an environment where everyone feels seen and supported. I understand how important it is to find balance and make time to care for yourself, and I love creating a space where clients feel challenged, encouraged, and part of a genuine community.
